Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns of personalized products or sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Orders are prepared for shipment shortly after being placed and cannot be modified once processing has begun. We recommend carefully reviewing your information before confirming your purchase.

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend the following steps:
Confirm the delivery address on your order. Ask neighbors, the reception desk, or other secure drop-off locations. Check any delivery notes from the carrier.
If you still can't locate your package, contact our Customer Service team with your order and tracking numbers. We'll review the case with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.
RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on your location.
The exact amount will be displayed on the Returns Portal when you register your return.
We do not offer exchanges.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 10 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent after your purchase.
